New Study by the American Road & Transportation Builders Association

If you ever have driven over an old bridge and take a look around, you would probably see some type of corrosion. Bridges are in the elements 24/7, 365 days a year. Environmental factors and impact wear away the structural integrity of a bridge over time. With some many of our nation’s bridges built many decades ago.

A new study by the American Road & Transportation Builders Association showed that over 58,000 bridges in the U.S were structurally deficient. To put it into perspective, the length of deficient bridges would reach from New York City to Miami. That’s the bad news. The report goes on to say, “it would take at least 21 years before they were all replaced or upgraded.”[1]

The good news is ENECON’s ENESEAL CR has helped protect steel on bridges and provide protection from the harsh elements. Make sure to contact your local ENECON reprehensive to help repair your damaged bridge. Call 1-516-349-0022
