Brien Neill is ENECON Corporations Vice President for the
Western Region of the United States as well as the Head of
Corporate Development for the U.S. Navy System Business
Unit.
  Brien possesses a high level of expertise as it
relates to the surface preparation for, and application of
high performance coating and rebuilding systems. Brien's
experience has been acquired over an extensive number of
years in the field performing a wide range of critical
applications in the marine, wastewater, mining and power
industries.
