With back-to-school in mind, we decided to share this story about a school district that had a challenge. A 100 year old school had a leaking roof and to replace it would have meant a lot of money and voting for a bond. As you can imagine, the voters would not have been happy about the expense. The facilities manager contacted ENECON and showed us how the water had been coming through the walls from the roof of a below-grade gymnasium.
The solution was to use ENECRETE® DuraQuartz™ and build a curb to divert the water from entering the below-grade gym. ENESEAL® HR was used to seal the leaks in the walls. The solution was graded A+.
