ENECON - Wastewater Treatment Pump Well Repaired

DurAlloy and CHEMCLAD were used to repair and protect an underground pump well

This underground metal wastewater pump well had severe corrosion on its floor and vertically on the walls. ENECON was contacted to find a fast, and cost effective solution.

The interior of the well was cleaned out of any dirt, mud, and debris. The floor and the wall four feet up were manually prepared using hand grinders to create a suitable ‘anchor’ profile for the application. The area was then cleaned again.

The damaged area was rebuilt with DurAlloy followed by two coats of CHEMCLAD GP for chemical protection.
