CHECMCLAD HT-XC

A Sprayable Polymer Composite Coating System for Extraordinary Chemical Environments, at Elevated Temperatures

CHEMCLAD HT-XC is a two component, 100% solids, high performance, sprayable polymer system used for creating an outstanding corrosion and chemical resistant protective coating on all types of equipment and structures, at elevated temperatures.

CHEMCLAD HT-XC is simple to use - it mixes easily and can be sprayed. Since a minimum of two coats are recommended, CHEMCLAD HT-XC is available in two colors: cream and brown, to simplify overcoating. This self-leveling, high gloss coating yields a surface that is not only functional, but also aesthetically pleasing.

  • Outstanding Chemical Resistance
  • Apply by Spray
  • 100% Solids
  • Unlimited Shelf Life
  • Simple to Use
  • Durable

CHEMCLAD HT-XC is supplied in pre-measured quantities to simplify spray application of full units. ENECON recommends using the Graco E-Mix XT Plural-Component System for proportioning, mixing, and spraying two-component coatings. All instructions in the Graco E-Mix XT operation manual should be followed.

Note: Other colors are available on a “special order” basis. However, there are minimum / multiple quantity requirements for such orders and there may be an increase in cost. Additionally, due to formulation restrictions, not all colors are possible for all materials. Speak to your local ENECON Sales Representative for more information.

Due to monitor / printer differences, actual colors may vary slightly from the representations appearing in this chart.
